TALBI: PROUD TO BE A MACKEM

One of our many summer signings, Chemsdine Talbi, has shared how proud he is to be at Sunderland and to be playing in the Premier League week in week out whilst also having a good start to the season as we sit in the top half of the table early on in the season.

“This is the best league in the world. I am enjoying every week when I am playing. There is a lot of intensity and a lot of duels. This is football so we need to need to enjoy it.”

NEW SURROUNDINGS

“Everybody is operating at their best level. We have a lot of new players but we are doing well in every game so far. I’ve never really been part of such a new group but we all still know each other really well and other players know each other. That makes it easier to have a connection on the pitch. This is a big part of why I am coming here. I believe we can be a big club that is going to do big things.”

“They are crazy but it’s really good. When I was in the first game against West Ham, I didn’t know it was going to be that loud. That atmosphere, I will remember it for all of my life. I am really proud to be part of this team. The fans are also a big part of this Club.”
