Coach travel and return ferry crossing for our Pre Season game in France against Lens on Saturday August 8, 5pm kick off (Local time). We leave from the SoL at 10pm on Friday August 7.
 
Please arrive no later than 9.30pm for departure. WE DO NOT POST OUT COACH TICKETS! You can collect your ticket from the ALS shop at any time before the date of the game (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, matchdays till kick off) or alternatively you can just pick it up from the coach steward before boarding. 
 
INFO: We leave the SOL at 10pm on August 7. The only pick-ups on this service are SOL; Belmont Durham, Scotch Corner and Brampton Hut, PE28 4NQ. We've added Brampton Hut Services to this trip, between Peterborough and Cambridge, due to enquiries from Southern SAFC fans. We drive overnight to Dover. Catch the ferry at 7.50am, arrive in Lens late morning for the chance to grab lunch and drinks, transfer to stadium in good time. Watch Sunderland win. Leave stadium straight after match finishes. Drive to ferry. Overnight drive home. Hardcore fans only. Bring a pillow.

The Stade Bollaert-Delelis has undergone a variety of name changes, and holds around 40,000 fans today, while previously being as high as 49,000 is 1992.  In recent years following their promotion to Ligue 1 in 20/21 season, they have consistently managed to find themselves among the top 8 with finishes peaking to 2nd place in both 22/23 and 25/26 seasons only behind PSG, cementing themselves as a tough opponent who strive for European football every season. In the past it has also hosted games at the 1999 and 2007 Rugby World Cup and more recently the Euro 2016. We have never played Lens before in our history, so this seems to be a very exciting first meeting!
