SKYE TRAIL ULTRA

Kevin Cummings, a lifelong Sunderland fan, last year decided to enter the Skye Trail Ultra, a 79-mile challenge run through mountainous, rugged terrain in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK. Of course, he never realised that May 24th was the play-off final! He's absolutely gutted! This is what he wrote on his page...
"The countdown is on until the biggest f*** up of my life! When I signed up for the Skye Trail Ultra last year, I hadn't thought about the potential play-off final date! Not even sure I'll have any phone signal to check the score! Surely I might get a few sympathy sponsorships out of this???
Thanks to everyone who has sponsored me already. We're closing in on my £500 target. For anyone who wants to donate for Alzheimer's Research UK, CLICK HERE.
HA'WAY THE LADS!"
Kevin is of course receiving little sympathy from his brother David and dad Ian, who are both Wembley bound! But, of course, they are both very proud of what he's doing in aid of Alzheimer's. A cruel disease his grandmother sadly suffers from. His whole family is very proud of him.
Let's wish him well & hopefully we get a result he can celebrate - when he eventually comes down from some obscure mountain in the Isle of Skye!
