Regis Le Bris explained his wing options on both flanks, what he believes is Enzo Le Fee's best position long-term and what he expects from today's opposition.
ENZO ON THE LEFT?
"We don't know [what his long-term position is]. We started the pre-season like that, with Noah, Habib and Enzo, and I think we didn't see the best version of Enzo at that minute.
MIDFIELD COMPETITION
"We spoke together. So when Granit came in the squad, it was obvious that it was the best decision at that minute. We had the conversation, it was tough, but it was clear and honest. And when the opportunity came off the left, because he used to play in this position before, it was easy for him. So sometimes we have one idea, one ideal idea in our mind, and maybe it's not the best on the pitch, because it's just a theory, and the pitch will show something else. And maybe for this first part of the season, his best position, thinking about the connection with Granit, Noah and with Habib, maybe it could be on the left side."
GOOD CHARACTER
"He probably has a preference, but his main one is to play and for the team to win. He knows that we trust him, he's really important for the squad, he's getting better day after day. His leadership and his technical level is really important for the squad, so now it's just a question of the journey, and he will play."
LEFT AND RIGHT WING
"I think we have two different sides. One, the right side is a bit more positional, and the left side, with the players we have, probably we can be a bit more versatile, a bit more unpredictable for the opponent, but still predictable for us. We need different styles of play, so if it's possible to manage the situation like that, being efficient in possession, but efficient out of possession as well, just after the turnovers, for example, then it could be a strong point for us."
TALBI
"I think Chems did well. He worked hard for the squad. And he's really committed in and out of possession. So far, he didn't score or be able to deliver an assist but he's really well connected with the game model. And he's young, he's only 20. So he needs time, support, he needs challenges as well."
OPTIONS
"And I told you that we have different options. But at the same time, I think it's important to support the players through different experiences. So they need a bit of time to develop different aspects of their game. And probably the last one, to be clinical in the box, is the most difficult. So if they don't have the support behind them, it's really tough to be successful."
OPPOSITION VIEW
"Villa are a strong team. They didn't start well, it's obvious. Below their expectations, it's clear. But they are a top six team, no doubt. So we'll have to play our best football, this is really obvious and crucial. We can't wait for gifts, it won't happen. After that we can't control the opposition. If they are a bit weaker maybe it's better for us but we don't know that this will be the case."
READY FOR THE CHALLENGE
"Football is complex, what we know is they have a strong squad, strong team. They are well organised and they have good players. What we can control is our football, the way we want to play at home, especially with our fans. [Use] the confidence we got so far without complacency as well because we will get punished."
