RLB POST COV

Regis Le Bris shared his thoughts after Sunderland's disappointing defeat at Coventry.
MORE MISTAKES
"A disappointing result. I would say we are not consistent enough. We were able to play good football against Leeds one week ago, good spells and a good win in the Carabao Cup three days ago, but today it wasn't the same team. As expected, Coventry started well with good energy from the crowd and we made unforced errors once again. I think this season we have showed we are able to play good football and to be interesting, to create chances and to defend together in different situations, with the same identity, but at times we are making those mistakes and it kills the momentum of the game."
INCONSISTENT
"This season was expected to be tough and really demanding with four competitions. We play three games per week and it's demanding. It's not a surprise to be tested on this consistency but at the minute we fail to find this quality which I think is one of the most important in football, especially in the Premier League. One or two mistakes and the opponent can seize every single opportunity to score. That was the case today once again."
BOUNCE BACK AGAIN
"We showed before that we have a good mentality with the ability to react. So, we need to react, there is no question about that. Now, it is a question of building this ability to repeat performances. At the minute I think we can go high but we are going too low at times. That is not possible in the league."
