LE FEE SIGNS NEW DEAL
Sunderland midfielder Enzo Le Fee has signed a new deal with the club until 2031. The 26-year-old recently made club history by scoring our first ever goal in the Europa League.
Le Fee first joined the Lads in January 2025 on a loan deal from Roma, before signing permanently in July of the same year. He has so far made 64 appearances for the club, scoring nine goals and notching 10 assists. The Frenchman played a key role in our promotion out of the Championship via the play-offs, assisting goals in both legs of the semi final, notably putting the cross in for Dan Ballard's goal to send us to Wembley. Enzo continued the pattern of vital contributions last season too, assisting and scoring away to Everton in the penultimate game of the Premier League, to keep our European hopes alive.
Enzo Le Fee had this to say: “I’m really happy to have signed a new contract with Sunderland. We’ve achieved something special together over the past couple of seasons, but I believe this is just the beginning.
