Sunderland have agreed a deal with PSV Eindhoven to sign Jenson Seelt.
Personal terms have been agreed with the 20-year-old centre-back, who played 33 times last season in the Dutch second tier for 'Jong PSV', the Dutch team's youth side.
The defender will travel to Wearside 'this week' to undergo a medical and formally complete the move.
