Finally, the deal that seems to have been going on forever has been completed and Patrick Roberts has signed on a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension. He admitted he came to watch the Lads play Sheffield Wednesday and the club have confirmed he will be available for selection when Sunderland host Portsmouth at the Stadium of Light on Saturday.
