GREAT START
“I think signing the new contract is a bonus, but the fans have been on my side a lot. Obviously you can’t be buzzing because it’s still pre-season but hopefully the gaffer is impressed, hopefully Doddsy and Proctor are impressed and hopefully I can carry on into the season with a few goals as well. But it’s just great to help the team out, really.”
FITTING IN
“Obviously it’s tough, I’ve just done my GCSEs and stuff. But the lads have been great honestly, absolutely great. It’s a young squad as well so it’s helped massively. I’d like to say I’m not out of place but just need to keep going.”
KEEP GRAFTING
“Honestly I just need to do my own thing really, don’t worry about all the comments or anything. The lads help me at the end of the day but I’m there because of me, not because of them. It’s great help but I just need to keep doing what I’m doing.”
PRE-SEASON
“It’s been really good. This pre-season is my first one, hopefully of many with this club. The travelling fans have been great, the lads have been great, the coaches have been great. Hopefully we can kick on and I just can’t wait for the season to kick off. Buzzing!”
USA TOUR
