We'll be your fifth pre-season friendly of the summer. How have preparations gone so far?
Preparations have gone well with strong results against side in higher divisions. Wins against Blackburn and Stoke and a draw against Wigan. Although these results are essentially meaningless the lads look fit and ready to go. Crucially, we look a lot stronger at the back which was a major issue last year. Without the firepower of Colby Bishop we cannot expect to get away with out-gunning teams as often.
Aji Alese was on loan at Accrington when he was younger, can you remember anything about him? What can SAFC fans expect from him?
I think the fact that his name would make most Stanleyites go "Who?" answers that question. He mainly turned out in the EFL Trophy. Hopefully he has improved, and good luck to him as never complained over a lack of game time.
Have you signed any big names this summer, or let anyone go who you'll miss?
It's been evolution not revolution so far for Accy this year. Leigh and Coyle renewing are as good as new signings. Matt Lowe has signed from Brackley and looks to be another unearthed Non-League gem in trademark John Coleman style.
Who is your danger man now that Colby Bishop has signed for Portsmouth?
Sean McConville is evergreen. We await to see if any striker can fill the void left by Colby Bishop.
If you could sign any Sunderland player, who would it be and why?
Ross Stewart. Goals win games and he'd be a perfect replacement for Bishop.
Will gaffer John Coleman play a fully-strength squad or give youngsters and fringe players a run out?
Relatively strong squad I expect given that our season kicks off next week.
What will be the score and who will get the goals?
1-1, with goals from Ross Stewart and Matt Lowe.

I predict both sides to have play-off flirtations but fall short and finish mid-table...
