The gaffer expressed his emotions after the fantastic result tonight in an emotional post match interview pitch side.
BIG CHANCE
“We’ve gave ourselves a great chance now and that was the whole point of the game, I had so much belief in what we were doing. I had so much belief in the fact that I thought we would get the result that we needed, we switched off for one moment and conceded a goal which was really disappointing but to shake that off and respond in the matter we did, obviously all the fans will know that I normally make changes early to influence game but I had so much belief in what we're doing tonight that I didn't and thankfully it paid off and I read the game right.”
PATRICK ROBERTS
“I'm so pleased for him. He's been through some tough times. He's went places, maybe not played and people haven't gave him an opportunity but he's got so much quality he really does. I just felt the front four tonight were gonna cause them so much problems, I felt that for us to get the goal the likelihood is we were gonna get down the sides of them, ball across the box and we're gonna land on something and thankfully that's exactly how it happened. I felt if I was gonna do anything to change the game I was gonna dilute what we were gonna do and that's why I stuck it out and thankfully the lads delivered like they've always done.”

“That's what it's about. You don't get anything for nothing in this life. You need to graft, you need to grind, you need to do everything you can. You could see how much it meant to him, honestly I'm so, so pleased for him, so proud of him."
