Birmingham City Women have announced today that their fixture against the Sunderland Lasses will now take place at the Stadium Of Light on the 27th of August, which happens to be the same day the Lads host Norwich.
The men's match against Norwich will take place at 12:30pm and the Women's game will start at 4pm, which could make for a decent day out for those already attending the early kick-off.
Another interesting thing to point out is that all season ticket holders for the Lads have free access to every Lasses home game, so since you’re going to be down here anyway why not enjoy some Women’s football? Who knows, we could be watching the next Beth Mead.
