Robin Roefs has spoken about Sunderland's interesting goalkeeping situation where last season's number one, Anthony Patterson, has had to settle for a place on the bench and watch the Dutchman take his place. Meanwhile, he's thanked the experience Simon Moore for helping him settle so quickly at Sunderland.
FULL OF PRAISE
“I can only speak really good words about them. Like Patterson, he helps me... but also, I have to maybe praise Simon more, especially because from the moment I came here, he just helped me so much. He made me feel really comfortable, really at home. He's been so great for me.”
ARSENAL DRAW
“Well, I think I was just disappointed by the goals we conceded. I think it was too easy, like if you see the game, the standards of our game, I think we just gave away the goals a little bit too easy. Also, I mean, I could have done better.”
TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
“Oh, well, you can always do things differently, and it's me, like if a goal I cannot point to someone, you do this, I have to do it to myself.”
