Regis Le Bris praised Unai Emery and said he's looking forward to the challenge at Villa Park on Sunday...
STRONG OPPOSITION
“It is a big challenge and an exciting one, once again. In this league you play in Europe almost every week. Aston Villa are consistent, really well-organised and well-coached, Unai Emery is doing a great job. They are consistent when they win and when they lose as well which for me is really important. Results are sometimes unpredictable because football is not a clean science - you can dominate the game and win, you can dominate and lose. But the way you manage the team is really important because it’s about consistency once again.”
READY FOR THE CHALLENGE
“We have positive energy in the team at the minute and we are approaching this game with our underdog mentality. A big challenge tactically and with the quality of their individuals because they are smart as a team, adaptive with the ability to create many problems and to fix problems as well. They have gamechangers as well - sometimes you don’t fix a problem collectively but someone can change the dynamic of the game. So, it will be really challenging but it’s exciting.”
REVERSE FIXTURE DOESN'T MEAN MUCH
“It is always different because the dynamic is relative. It was at home earlier in the season, now it is away. I think they are in great form. It is a big challenge but we want to approach it in a good way.”
