He’s shown exactly what we are talking about, great character, consistency, resilience; when it’s hard, not when it’s easy or you are just at the right level, when it’s hard. I think he’s a great symbol of what we want to develop here. The league is so demanding that you have to have a strong team, strong togetherness but also great characters on the pitch and he’s one of these players.”

DOES RIGG ASK FOR MORE GAME TIME?

“My door is still open, so we can always have a conversation but you have to come with elements, otherwise it won’t last a long time. It’s a tough discussion because I know what I want to develop, I know the players, they also have useful information and it’s important to share ideas to build together because it’s not someone against another one, it’s a connection. With Rigg, we have a really good connection.”
