More goals from defenders, specifically from set pieces, is something RLB would like to see but overall he is pleased with the high variety of goal scorers we've had this season. The boss also spoke about referees and his thoughts on PNE.

“It’s important to find different solutions to score because I think we are good in fast attacks, we have pace at the top of the pitch. We showed it early in the season and if we have only this strength I think we’d become predictable, so it’s important to have different options with goals and set pieces, for example the second goal against Cardiff. If we have many threats, even with the defenders, it’s even better because an opponent can focus on two or three main players but they can’t focus on everyone. If we have this ability it will be very positive for us.”

“On set pieces, yes. It’s still possible but I think we have a good balance right now. They can do more, why not?”
WATSON AND PREVIOUS GAMES VS PRESTON
“It was probably his first game, or second game, so he needed experience. Preston, I think they are a good team, they are powerful, they are well connected. We can feel the teamwork and it’s a tough game again, especially at home, but at the same time we want to show our good qualities and I think we have shown resilience in different scenarios this season. I think for a young team it’s a good quality because emotionally, often the young teams can be disturbed by a wrong scenario. We showed many times, where even after conceding a goal or in different bad circumstances, we reacted very well. So now the question is to maintain consistency and to build different layers until the end of the season, we are in a good place but at the same time we have to repeat our best football against different kinds of teams. This one will be tough.”
