Sunderland's festive schedule has been confirmed, with Sky Sports choosing four of our games for live TV coverage.
Our home game against Leeds, originally pencilled in for Saturday 27 December, has been pushed back to 2pm on Sunday the 28th. This will be the Lads' final home game of 2025. We will then welcome Manchester City to the SoL on New Year's Day, which falls on a Thursday this year, for an 8pm kickoff. Man City on New Year's Day - hopefully Wilson Isidor can provide a Ji Dong Won-esque moment!
After that, we face back-to-back London games and also two stadiums which Sunderland's senior team have never actually visited. First comes a trip to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Sunday 4 January, 3pm kickoff, before heading to Brentford on Wednesday 7 January with that game commencing at 7:30pm. Incredibly, Sunderland have been selected for TV for four consecutive games.
