Regis Le Bris has demanded that the lads don't take their foot off the gas, with an aim for at least 10-12 more points to guarantee our top six finish and head into the playoffs in good momentum.
NEED MORE POINTS
“It’s not finished for the playoffs; we need points. Probably 10 or 12 points. So, it’s very important to maintain, deliver, and gain this momentum at the end of the season.
TINKERING WITH THE SQUAD
“It’s important to refresh the team to use every player available, to help the team and to keep the same consistency about the learning process. If we keep these ideas, I think we can build strong momentum at the end of the season.”
ISIDOR AND MAYENDA
“It’s good news to have two good strikers. They play together sometimes, I think they are well connected and we are lucky to have two good strikers with different styles of play and personalities. They are pushing each other and are two hard workers and it’s very positive for the team, the club and the coach to have two good strikers with a good connection in the team."
NEED TO MANAGE THE MINUTES
“It’s possible they could play together but at the same time we still have 11 games to play and we have to manage our small squad because we don’t have many players available. At the minute I am more in the mindset to manage everyone rather than get them all on the pitch. It’s important to finish well and sometimes important to refresh the team and we did that at Sheffield. For the group and the team it was really positive.”
