January recruit Conor Winchester has spoken ahead this Easter weekend's clashes with Oxford United and then Peterborough United on Monday.

"The mood has been good, obviously there's been a lot of positives, but we know how important each game is and we're just going to take it one game at a time and prepare for that way. Yeah definitely. Oxford they're a good team, got some decent players and we know what they're capable of. But look, we are in the situation we're in because the lads have been up for it. They've been doing everything well in training and that's taken the performances onto the pitch. But like we said, it's just one game at a time and it's starting on Friday. Yeah definitely. I think it's all about standards and the lads have been keeping the standards high, well, since I've been in here, the standards have been high and like I said, that's in training and that in matches. And I think that's helped a lot. Yeah, it wasn't the prettiest of games so it probably wasn't nice on the eye for everyone watching but look we were to get the three points do the job and I thought the lads did that well and saw the game out, so we did really well. Yeah, definitely. Like I said, there's no easy games in this league, especially this time of the season people fighting for promotion or in a relegation battle but look, we'll be prepared for Friday definitely. Yeah, definitely. For me at the start, it's hard coming to a new club and getting settled in and meeting new lads and all. But the lads have been brilliant to me, made me feel so welcome. The manager, the staff, everyone and I settled in. Yeah, it's been good. So, like I said the lads helped me out massively coming into a team with a lot of good players in it helps a lot, so there's a lot of quality in the squad and it shows but training with them every day just helps me improve and get better and better."
