Tony Mowbray was very disappointed with Sunderland’s performance last night and believed a lack of intensity and creativity were the reasons why we lost.
TAKE ON THE PERFORMANCE
'Well, take on the performance? Not good enough really. We know what to expect, we knew what was coming and we lacked a bit of creativity tonight I think. Lacked the knowledge to break them down, give two really soft goals away. I say it’s unlike us, we’ve lost a few soft goals in recent times but we have to take it on the chin. Ultimately, not good enough, didn’t come with enough intensity, didn’t come with enough creativity and credit to them for making life difficult for us.'
