MK DONS MATCH REPORT


Sunderland slipped out off the playoff places after another lacklustre performance saw MK Dons run out 2 – 1 winners at the SOL on Saturday.


The visitors were the better team throughout and took the lead in the second half through Mo Eisa. The lads did draw level when Ross Stewart nabbed his 19th goal of the season but Connor Wickham came off the bench to seal the points for the visitors with practically his first touch.


For his first home game as manager Alex Neil made two changes from the side that drew with AFC Wimbledon last weekend. Leon Dajaku and Corry Evans started in place of Trai Hume and Jack Clarke. For the visitors former Sunderland striker Connor Wickham was named on the bench.
