LINES FROM LONDON V BURNLEY

Tuesday's match left a bad taste in our mouths with those lousy refereeing decisions but I thought there was a lot to admire in our build-up play. The assistant referee on the left hand side has somehow escaped a lot of criticism and early on he missed a corner to us when the ball clearly came off a defender's knee, which didn't bode well.

Losing Alese has of course been bad news as he's proved to be a real asset. Anyway, Burnley are the league's joint top scorers with twenty-five goals while only one side has conceded less than them, plus they've only lost once all season so they're going to be a real handful this afternoon. They've drawn eight of their games so far and I suspect that it'll be another draw today. I'll be at the match again and my prediction is 2-2.

I got the team-news when I got to Fitzy’s and Roberts was missing altogether while Amad was starting and Dajaku had reappeared on the bench. My mates’ match predictions were:- 2-0, 2-1 and 2-1 so we all fancied us to get a couple but with the absence of Roberts I was feeling less sure.
