Luke O'Nien reflected on our 1-1 draw with Blackpool, in what was his 200th total appearance as a Sunderland player.
POSITIVES
"We've just had a little chat there and it kind of shows how far we've come as a team because if you walk away with seven points out of nine and you're disappointed, it shows how far we've come as a team. We came here we played to get all three points, and I thought we deserved it. It was one-way traffic in the second half but we just couldn't put the ball in the back of the net. So still things to learn, we're still growing as a team but lots of positives to take away."

"We know we can do more, that's the thing. We're happy, but we know we can do more. That's great because coming up to the Championship from last season, we expect to get all nine points which shows how far we've come as well."
