As you can tell from the title, I’m a Sunderland fan and I live in exile. I live in the West Midlands and have done since I was 7, bloody parents moved looking for work. I do hope to return home one day! I was a season ticket holder during the Peter Reid days, then marriage, kids and work kind of intervened. Got rid of the wife , but still got the kids and job! I get to games when work and finances allow.

My name is Owen David although I go by ‘Britsburgh Owen’ online. I’m a Sunderland fan of over 40 years as well as now a Youtuber and content creator. I also run NFL channels on the Pittsburgh Steelers. After working for over a year on those channels I decided it was time to talk about the main sporting passion in my life, Sunderland AFC. To bring a perspective from those of us who live in exile away from God’s own City. As well as sharing the fact that I hate the Mags and Coventry City!

As well as weekly podcasts and game watch-along live streams. As the channel grows and develops I aim to bring guests onto my podcasts to talk about the team. In addition, I aim to bring you more fan live streams of the game and invite you to participate in the live chat to get your thoughts, opinions and questions. My passion is to bring the Sunderland fan community together and share news with them, as well as entertaining of course.
