Ahead of the trip to Gillingham this weekend, it seems that Phil Parkinson may be able to welcome back Charlie Wyke and Marc McNulty to our recently rubbish forward line. However, Lynden Gooch is still unavailable.

 

PP said: “Charlie and Marc came through their first training session yesterday without any problems, which is really good news. We'll monitor them between now and the weekend but unless there are any issues, they should be involved in some way at Gillingham.”

At the back end of the 1980s, football fanzines began to sweep the country and in 1989 we were presented with a new vehicle on which to enjoy some of this ride – A Love Supreme. ALS was a place we could all go to celebrate and commiserate being a Sunderland fan.
